The words for which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

1. Company referred to as either the Company We, Us or Our in this Agreement refers to SampaikanInfo, Kuala Lumpur.

2. تشير السلع إلى العناصر المعروضة للبيع في الخدمة.

3. الطلبات تعني طلبًا منك لشراء بضائع منا.

4. تشير الخدمة إلى الموقع الإلكتروني.

5. Website refers to SampaikanInfo, accessible from https://sampaikan.info

6. أنت تعني الفرد الذي يصل إلى الخدمة أو يستخدمها، أو الشركة، أو أي كيان قانوني آخر يقوم هذا الفرد بالنيابة عنه بالوصول إلى الخدمة أو استخدامها، حسب الاقتضاء.

حقوق إلغاء طلبك

يحق لك إلغاء طلبك خلال 7 أيام دون إبداء أي سبب للقيام بذلك.

الموعد النهائي لإلغاء الطلب هو 7 أيام من تاريخ استلامك للبضائع أو تاريخ استحواذ طرف ثالث قمت بتعيينه، وهو ليس الناقل، على المنتج الذي تم تسليمه.

من أجل ممارسة حقك في الإلغاء، يجب عليك إبلاغنا بقرارك عن طريق بيان واضح.

سوف نقوم بتعويضك في موعد لا يتجاوز 14 يومًا من اليوم الذي نستلم فيه البضائع المرتجعة.

شروط الإرجاع

لكي تكون البضائع مؤهلة للإرجاع، يرجى التأكد مما يلي:

1. تم شراء البضائع خلال آخر 7 أيام.

لا يمكن إرجاع البضائع التالية:

1. توريد السلع المصنوعة وفقًا لمواصفاتك أو المخصصة بشكل واضح.

2. The supply of Goods that, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.

3. The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

4. The supply of Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

نحن نحتفظ بالحق في رفض إرجاع أي بضائع لا تستوفي شروط الإرجاع المذكورة أعلاه وفقًا لتقديرنا الخاص.

يمكن استرداد البضائع ذات الأسعار العادية فقط.
