注文をキャンセルする権利

あなたは、理由を示さずに 7 日以内であれば注文をキャンセルする権利があります。

注文のキャンセル期限は、お客様が商品を受け取った日、または配送業者ではないお客様が指定した第三者が納品された商品を引き取った日から 7 日です。

キャンセルの権利を行使するには、明確な声明により決定を当社に通知する必要があります。

当社は返品商品を受領した日から 14 日以内に返金いたします。

返品条件

商品が返品の対象となるためには、次の点をご確認ください。

1. 商品は過去 7 日間に購入されました。

以下の商品は返品をお受けできません。

1. お客様の仕様に合わせて作られた、または明確にパーソナライズされた商品の供給。

2. The supply of Goods that, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.

3. The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

4. The supply of Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

当社は、上記の返品条件を満たさない商品の返品を独自の裁量で拒否する権利を留保します。
